Introduction to Scrum for Dynamics 365
The Introduction to Scrum for Dynamics 365 course is designed for people involved in Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects that want to learn how to apply the Scrum agile framework so that their project can benefit from a faster implementation for less cost, happier stakeholders with better software and more fun for the project team.

Introduction to Scrum for Dynamics 365 is excellent training for teams and individuals that want to learn the fundamentals of Scrum. No prior knowledge or experience with the Scrum framework or any agile methods is required.
The course provides the foundation of knowledge needed for Microsoft Dynamics 365 customers who may be implementing Dynamics 365 in their organisation or Microsoft Dynamics partners who may be implementing Dynamics 365 for their customers.

What you will learn
During the course you will learn the fundamentals of Scrum. We will cover all of the basic Scrum terminology including Scrum theory, events, roles and deliverables.
At the end of the course, you'll understand what a sprint is, all the Scrum events that happen during a sprint, the three different roles in a Scrum team, and the three Scrum deliverables.
The contents of this course will prepare you for the Scrum.org Professional Scrum Master level I assessment and the course includes a practice assessment. Please note that Customery is not affiliated with Scrum.org.
